antique Louis XVI and XV furniture, complimented by occasional tables from Li

The Amaryllis is available for hire on a charter basis but may also be booked to
travel in tandem with other barges (Fleur de Lys, Hirondelle, Alouette)
providing additional accommodation for larger parties.
Amaryllis cruises
some of the most picturesque waterways in
France
, including the River Saône and the River Rhône and the
Canal due Centre.
Throughout the
Burgundy
region excursions are arranged to visit ancient chateaux and
sample many of the famous wines of the region: Beaune,
Dijon
, St Jean de Losne, Chalon-sur-Saône and Dole are just some
of the towns and villages visited.
The Amaryllis also
cruises the Rhône between
Lyon
and
Avignon
famous for the landscapes that inspired the great canvases
of Cézanne and Van Gogh. Visits are
made to
Lyon

’s second city, the
Beaujolais
region, Mâcon, the totally restored Abbey of St. Philibért
in Tournus, Chalon-sur-Saône, the Côte Challonais and Beaune.
