The Mirabelle is an elegant boat accommodating 24 passengers in great comfort. It is a modern vessel equipped with a sundeck wreathed in flowers, with chairs and parasols, a cozy lounge leading to the bar and a separate dining-room. On the lower deck are 12 comfortable cabins with windows.
Every day a new discovery, new visits and tastings... Whether you are a connaisseur or novice, you will be enchanted by the wine atmosphere, be it in the châteaux, in the wine cellars or in the village market. The different soils and grape varieties come together to create exceptional flavours... All will be revealed of the vineyard as you sip the wine. Do you know how it’s done? First consider the colour (la robe), secondly the aromas (le bouquet) and lastly taste before discussing your findings, your likes and dislikes.
You are in an area where food not only looks good but tastes good. You just have to have one meal on board to prove it. The chef scours the farmers’ weekly market in our local villages choosing authentic regional products to make gastronomic dishes to go with the wines. In everything quality is our number one concern.
