Cruising the Great Rivers of Europe
with Peter Deilmann

Our river cruises are designed for the first time cruiser as well as the frequent European vacationer who enjoys comfort, style, attentive service and fine dining. Deilmann owns and operates all the vessels it sells, so you can expect the same consistent casually elegant ambiance and deluxe standards fleet-wide. All our voyages are seven days or longer. Optional pre and post extensions are available in twenty cities or you may choose from several all-inclusive independent cruise tours.

Dining is single seating and non-smoking on all river vessels. Enjoy delectable selections of continental cuisine and local specialties prepared by master chefs and served to you course by course, up to nine courses. An extensive menu of fine wines is offered including those from local vineyards along the rivers' route. Our friendly, multi-lingual staff is there to cater to your every wish. Our vessels enjoy the best passenger to staff ratios of all river vessels in Europe with no more than 2.5 passengers for each staff member (most other vessels have 4 or 5 passengers for each staff member). This allows for an extraordinary level of care, attention and service, the hallmark of the Peter Deilmann brand.

Our river cruise itineraries glide through the heart of Europe across countries like Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Austria, Hungary, Poland and more without the usual inconveniences of packing and unpacking. Our "Floating Hotels" visit beautiful cities, quaint villages, ancient castles, vineyards and natural wonders. On the Rhine, we offer several itineraries from Amsterdam, Mainz and Basel. On the Danube, we depart from Passau, Germany (near Munich) and cruise to the Austrian and Hungarian capitals of Vienna and Budapest. On the Rhone, we sail from Lyon, France to the Burgundy and Beaujolais wine regions and the Mediterranean style cities of Avignon and Arles. On the Po, we cruise through the heart of Northern Italy visiting Verona, Padua and more before returning to romantic Venice. On the gentle Elbe, we cruise between Berlin and Prague or Hamburg and Dresden. On the Oder, discover virtually unknown European cities in Germany and Poland like Wroclaw, Gorzow or charming seaside villages on Baltic Sea islands. And new for 2004, exclusive to Deilmann, sail the Vistula River in Poland between Warsaw and Gdansk on Baltic coast. Air arrangements, pre/post cruise options as well as fully inclusive cruise tours are available.
