DAY 1 : Strasbourg
- The Christmas Capital We will welcome you
around 3:00 pm in Strasbourg
( rue du Havre) on our boat, especially decorated for Christmas.
Settling in your cabin. Around 4:00 pm, our hostess will accompany you
by bus to visit one of the biggest Christmas market in Europe: the
Christmas market of Strasbourg. The Alsatians artisans expose and sell
their decorations and Christmas’ products. Return on board during the
evening. Introduction of the crew during a welcome cocktail in the
lounge. Diner followed by an evening with topic: tales of Christmas. The
passengers could tell the Christmas of their areas. Crossing of the
Strasbourg’s port and passage of the northern lock in order to reach
the Rhine.. DAY 2 : Braubach

Valley
of Rhine
- Loreley
Breakfast and gymnastics run. Navigation in area of Rheingau with its many vineyards. Passage in front of Mayence, Wiesbaden, Eltville. Arrival around 9:00 am close to Bingen which is the entry of Romantic Rhine. We will pass in front of the famous “Rocher de la Loreley”. Lunch on board. Arrival at the beginning of the afternoon in Braubach, located at the bottom of Marksburg’s castle. Around 2:00 pm departure by bus for a guided tour of this castle, which is remained intact |
during the centuries. Return on board for diner followed by an evening with topic: songs of Christmas. The passengers could sing Christmas’ songs of their areas. Overnight stop. DAY 3 :
RÜDESHEIM
- Spire - midnight
mass in the Dōme Breakfast. Departure in cruising on the valley of Rhine. Arrival in Rüdesheim around 9:00 am and stop of two hours. We will propose you an optional visit of the mechanical music instruments museum or free time. Return on board around 11:00 am and cruising towards Spire where we will stay for the night. Lunch on board. Navigation and preparations for Christmas Eve during the afternoon. The commander and his crew will welcome you in the dining room for the Christmas Eve where you could diner with your family around the splendid Christmas tree. The midnight mass will take place in the Romanic cathedral of Spire, the most beautiful and impressive of Germany (according to the available places ). Return on board where you could drink a glass of “Glüwein” (hot wine). The Christmas father will visit you during the night.

Breakfast and departure of the boat towards Strasbourg. We will navigate on savage Rhine. Lunch of Christmas. Afternoon in cruising. Diner and farewell evening. DAY 5 : Strasbourg Breakfast on board. Disembarkation around 10:00 am. End of our service
