DAY 1 : STRASBOURG
Embarkation in Strasbourg between 6:00-7:00 PM.
Settling into the cabin followed by an introduction of the crew during a
welcome cocktail. Dinner is
on board the ship. An optional visit to the old quarters of Strasbourg by
river boat is offered.
DAY 2 : HEIDELBERG
- EBERBACH
Departure of the ship early in the morning with
breakfast on board. We will
pass through the Gambsheim and
Iffezheim Locks, the two largest on
the Rhine, and alongside the towns of Lauterbourg and Mannheim,
before
joining the Neckar River heading for Heidelberg. En route, you
will have a lovely view of
the many castles and the beautiful villages of Neckargemund, Hirschhorn
and Eberbach. Lunch and dinner is served on
board. Upon arrival in Eberbach, there will be free time for
shopping and
sightseeing on your own. Overnight in Eberbach.
DAY 3 : COCHEM
Departure of the ship early in the morning with
breakfast on board. We begin
by cruising the beautiful Neckar River where you are able to admire the
many castles that line its banks. Continuing on, we join the Rhine and pass
alongside the cities of Weisbaden and Mainz. Lunch on board the ship
prior to arrival in Rudesheim later in the afternoon. An optional
sightseeing tour of Rudesheim is offered, or take time on your
own to discover this
wonderful town. Dinner is served on board. The evening is on your

festive atmosphere on the Drosselgasse which is famous
for its dance halls, wine bars and Oom-pah bands. Overnight in Rudesheim.
DAY 4 : RUDESHEIM
Breakfast is served on board. Departure of the
ship from Rudesheim where we enter the most beautiful part of the
Romantic Rhine with its many castles and also the legendary Loreley
Rock. Lunch is served on board. We continue
cruising towards Koblenz where we sail into the Moselle River and head
southwest towards Cochem. Arrival in Cochem, a medieval town
dominated by its beautiful castle, in late afternoon. The rest of
the day and evening is free for
shopping and individual sightseeing. Dinner is served
on board. Overnight in Cochem.
DAY 5 : BERNKASTEL
- TRIER
Breakfast is served on board. This entire day is
spent cruising past the exceptional landscapes of
the Moselle River Valley with its beautiful villages,
terraced vineyards and ancient castles. After lunch is served on board,
the ship arrives for a two hour visit in Bernkastel, the "pearl of the
Moselle River". Continuation of the cruise towards Trier where the
ship will arrive at about 10:00 PM. Dinner is served on board along with
an
evening of entertainment. Overnight in Trier.
DAY 6 : SAARBRUCKEN
Breakfast is served on board. An optional
sightseeing tour of Trier is offered in the morning. Trier

is Germany's
oldest city and there are many interesting sites where you will discover
ancient Roman ruins. Lunch is served on board as the ship departs Trier
for Saarbrucken. We will begin sailing
on the Saar River through the magnificent landscapes known as the "Saarschleife".
Arrival in Saarbrucken in the afternoon, which is followed by
disembarkation of the ship. End of services.
Prices Include: Full board cruise from
dinner of the first day to lunch of the last day in a double cabin with
showers and toilets, welcome drink, entertainment, the Captain's
evening, the assistance of our
hostess on board, and port taxes.
Prices Do Not Include: Drinks, coffee
with lunch and dinner, insurance and optional excursions.
For reasons of navigation and passenger safety,
the Captain of the ship reserve the right to modify the itinerary of the
cruise.
