DAY 1: STRASBOURG
- RHINAU
Boarding at 3.00pm in Strasbourg (rue du Havre). Welcome on board and settling into your cabin. Welcome cocktail and presentation of the crew together with the team of chefs cook. Departure of the cruise. We will leave Strasbourg through the southern lock, sail up the Rhine towards Basel and go through two large locks in Neuhof and Gerstheim to call in at Rhinau. And now, let the party begin!!! Take your seat for an unforgettable first dinner prepared by our 9 Chefs cook! After this dinner, there will be an evening of dancing. Overnight stopover in Rhinau.
DAY 2: RHINAU - VIEUX BRISACH - MARCKOLSHIM
Breakfast and departure of the cruise. We will sail up the Rhine towards Alt Breisach. After lunch, we will offer an optional excursion: the Wine Road, with a visit to wine cellar where you will be able to taste excellent vintage. Back to the boat by 6.00pm. We will have the pleasure of introducing you to one of the greatest stars of French cuisine: Marc Haeberlin of the Auberge de l’Ill in Illhaeusern. A |

master of fine eating, he will prepare you a surprise dinner as only he can. After this wonderful dinner, we will invite you to the lounge to round off the evening on the dance floor. The boat will leave its mooring around 7.00pm to head for Marckolsheim. Overnight stopover.
DAY
3: MARCKOLSHIM -
STRASBOURG
Before breakfast, the most courageous among our
guests are invited to join our
hostess for a jog along the Rhine.
Breakfast is served again between 8:00-10:00
AM. A good meal is always accompanied by a good wine, that is why
we will have the privilege to welcome on board, Serge Dubs, the internationally
renowned sommelier. Serge Dubs was elected the "Best Sommelier of the World" in 1989 and he will organize a wine
tasting on board, where he will
share his knowledge of these different wines with our guests. By the way, you can also find him on any given day at the
Auberge de l'Ill in Illhaeusern. Now for the second gastronomic lunch. The ship leaves
Marckolsheim later on this morning and sails towards Strasbourg. The
festivities continue with the second gastronomic dinner and the farewell
evening. Arrival in Strasbourg later that evening for the final
overnight on board.
DAY 4: STRASBOURG
Breakfast is served and followed by
disembarkation of the ship. End of our services. |

dinner of the first day to lunch of the last day in a double

Captain's evening, the assistance
of our hostess on board, a great gastronomic dinner by Marc Haeberlin of

For reasons of navigation and passenger safety,
the Captain of the ship reserve the right to modify the itinerary of the
cruise.
