 Amsterdam  - Rotterdam - Antwerp - Brussels

Boarding in Amsterdam between 5.00 and 6.00pm. Settling into your cabin. Welcome cocktail and pre-sentation of the crew in the lounge. Dinner on board followed by a guided tour (optional) of the old town on board a river boat.

DAY 2 AMSTERDAM

Breakfast on board before spending the morning visiting the city (optional) – taking in the famous Dam square, the Royal Palace, the Money Tower, the flower market and the mill on the river Amstel. Call in to watch a diamond cutter at work before returning to the ship for lunch. Enjoy a free afternoon or choose to depart on the excursion to Volendam (optional), an old fishing village on the shore of Ijsselmeer (Lake Ijssel) and Zaanse Schans, a?picturesque village which gives its visitors a glimpse of what life used to be like in the Zaan region 150 years ago. Return for dinner on board around 6.00pm. Enjoy a free evening or take a stroll round the Red Light District.

DAY 3 AMSTERDAM - ROTTERDAM

After breakfast, set off by coach to visit the Keukenhof floral park (open from march to mid may). Later in the season, visit instead Madurodam (optional), a world famous model town and the ideal place to discover more about Holland, its history and its famous landmarks, all reproduced in the tiniest details on a scale of 1/25. In the meantime, the ship sails on to Utrecht, where we will join it for lunch before cruising on to Rotterdam. Dinner and an evening of entertainment on board.

DAY 4 ROTTERDAM - ANTWERP

Early morning start sailing towards Antwerp, passing Dordrecht where the ship enters the Holland Diep (inland sea), through the locks of Volkerak and Kreekak, then on along the river Scheldt to Antwerp, which boasts one of the biggest harbours in the world. The old part of the town has retained the charms of typical to Flemish cities, with its narrow streets and squares lined with gabled houses. Dinner will be served on board then enjoy a free evening in Antwerp or join your board hostess for a stroll in the city. Overnight stop.

DAY 5 ANTWERP - BRUSSELS

As we will sail from Antwerp early in the morning, breakfast and lunch will be served on board while cruising at a leisurely pace towards Brussels.?Arrival around 2.00pm. In the afternoon, leave on a guided tour of the Belgian (optional) capital and discover its countless treasures. The city is a perfect blend of Gothic heritage, Renaissance, Art Nouveau, and Classicism not to mention modern architecture. Return to the ship for dinner and a gala evening. Overnight stop.

DAY 6 BRUSSELS

Breakfast on board. Disembarkation at 9.00am. End of our journey.
