Day 1: Amsterdam
Board your ship in Amsterdam where you will be welcomed by the crew. Settle into your cabin and enjoy your first dinner on board. Overnight in Amsterdam.
Day 2: Amsterdam
Enjoy a full day in this wonderful liberal and picturesque city with more than 2000 architectural monuments, world-class museums and historic canals. The ship will depart Amsterdam late evening sailing towards Rotterdam.
Day 3: Rotterdam
Wake up in Rotterdam, the second largest city in the Netherlands and located on both banks of the Nieuwe Maas and the southern arm of the Rhine. The city has a diverse ethnic community, a number of museums, an exciting dining and club scene and a wealth of maritime history.
Day 4: Rotterdam - Dutch Delta Passage
Spend the afternoon on a tour of Rotterdam's harbour. Since the opening of the Europoort in 1966, Rotterdam has been the largest port in the world and a commercial and industrial hub. In the evening the ship will sail the Dutch Delta Passage.
Day 5: Ghent
Arrive in the small university city of Ghent. Here you will discover many fine medieval landmarks such as the 12th century Gravensteen Castle and the Graslei, a row of guildhalls standing beside the river. Kouter, the grand square is also worthy of visit and has been a popular meeting point for centuries. Visit the Patershol district located in the heart of the city and one of the most desirable neighbourhoods where you may find a wide range of restaurants, bars and cafes.
Days 6-7: Antwerp
Arrive in Antwerp, once an important centre of trade and commerce even before historical records began. Antwerp's international reputation is partly due to the diamond industry and the special role the city plays in the diamond trade worldwide. The city?s remarkable reputation does not just rest on its trade and industry, it is also the cultural capital of Flanders.
Day 8: Amsterdam
Your cruise comes to an end this morning as you disembark in Amsterdam for your onward journey.
