Launched in the spring of 2003, the Elegant Lady carries just
128 guests, and was conceived with both style and passenger comfort in mind.
THE SHIP TOTALLY NON-SMOKING. THERE IS ALSO AN
ELEVATOR THAT GOES BETWEEN THE CABIN DECKS AND A CHAIR LIFT
THAT GOES UP TO THE SUN DECK. Cruises are available throughout the season from March till November with
itineraries on the canals and waterways of Holland and Belgium as well as
the Moselle.
The décor combines beautiful woods with fabrics of soft colors to create an elegant setting to go with the casual ambiance of river cruising. Each twin-bedded cabin features a picture window and a spacious bathroom, with a hairdryer and personal amenities.
Each has a TV and a VCR. There is ample closet and drawer space and luggage can be stored in the cabin.
The atmosphere is casual on board. All meals are served in the main dining room which is lined on both sides by large picture windows which allows guests to view the passing scenery as they dine on international cuisine—incorporating regional specialties. Meals are served in single, open
seating. The English-speaking staff is dedicated to quality service throughout the cruise.
Medical Since the vessel is never more than one hour from port and moors overnight - no medical facilities are available on board but can be obtained on-shore within minutes.
Power Points The voltage throughout the vessel is 220 with European two pinned plugs. Universal adapters are available from the reception.
Dress Dress is smart casual but a jacket is preferred for the formal receptions. Otherwise layered clothing is recommended since passengers have been surprised at the warmth of the vessel and the amount of sunshine encountered at these latitudes.

The spacious cabins all offer outside views, generous wardrobes and drawer space and include television, VCR, telephone, private shower and toilet. The atmosphere on board is welcoming and efficient, and the food is excellent.
