The intimate French barges are great for groups, the atmosphere of the barge brings people together.  The experiences are so unique and the enjoyment of sharing these with fellow guests is something you will always remember.

The barges are great for special small meetings from 20 - 50 passengers.  For larger numbers, we would have to look at a river cruise.  These boats hold from 50 - 200 passengers, many of the boats have conference rooms, where as those that do not, there is a dining room, lounge or library that can be used.

Our luxury hotel barges provide the perfect venue for a small group of executives to have a convivial meeting away from the stress and interruptions of the everyday office environment

Our barge fleet is available for meetings and conferences between October and April, on a daily or hourly rate, and we can locate close to several major European cities, such as London, Paris and Berlin We can also locate in nearby rural locations, demonstrating the versatility of this novel venue

Group size of between 4 and 35 persons can be accommodated, depending on requirements
Our hotel barges provide the perfect environment for management off-site meetings, small conferences, sales presentations or uninterrupted brainstorming sessions. It's the perfect place to be creative...

Luxury overnight accommodation for up to 12 persons is also available, allowing meetings to go late into the night and start early without the need to change location

With these cruises, the meeting planner can have everything taken care of without worry.  We can pick the group up at the airport, transfer them to the barge, from there, everything is taken care of by a very willing staff, who want only to make your trip be the best ever.  All the tours and sightseeing are included on the barge cruises,  and on the river cruises can be pre -arranged, so again nothing to worry about. When the cruise is over, transfers back to the airport or to a hotel or the train station will be arranged.

As an incentive, barge cruises represent an expensive looking reward that makes the recipient feel that he is  valued.  Again the barge has everything included, even an open bar policy for beverages, wine with meals -  so that the traveler does not need to spend any money to experience a really luxurious trip.
